Carol is involved as a volunteer art facilitator in organisations such as Thye Hua Kwan Family Centres, Prison Fellowship Singapore and Reach Counselling Services. In these organisations, she worked with groups and individuals in using art to facilitate teaching and learning. She is an editor of a Christian publication and volunteer writer for her church magazine. She pursues her passion in painting and mosaic arts as a hobby.
